How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can use the included link to view the current status of your delivery at any time. If you can't find the email, please also check your spam folder.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order as long as it hasn't been handed over to our shipping service provider yet. Please contact us as soon as possible by email info@mimfurn.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand—we sometimes change our minds too! Unfortunately, due to our automated shipping process, it's not possible to change or cancel orders afterward. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our warehouse and processed immediately. We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future.

How can I tell if my order was successful?

This email should arrive within a few minutes of your purchase. If you don't find the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as it may have been redirected there.
